White-chans Go Tour Liaoz! for iPad, iPhone and iPod

Finally, my friends! White-chans are now touring on your iPad, iPhone and iPod!

Ok if you’re an Android tablet user, I didn't forget you... your day will come! I promise!

The White-chans Go Tour Liaoz! e-book costs USD2.99, which is like SGD3.75, which is like lesser than how much your lunch costs! The e-book contains 48 strips, including stories from Taiwan, Siem Reap, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and even photographs. The idea is to create a travel comics that illustrates travel experience at these countries, and at the same time tickles that familiar feeling in Singaporeans on how the typical Singapore tourist travels. Yes, my fellow Singaporean, feel free to slap your forehead and say "Oh yes I did that too!".

The e-book is created based on the new iPad resolution, but look awesome on older iPads, iPhone and iPod as well. The navigation is super smooth and you can tap to enlarge for details and bookmark favorites if you like. I’m really, really happy to launch my first e-book and hope you will like it too!

BUT... yes, there is always a "but", unfortunately... I still can't sell the e-book on iTunes in Singapore and most of Asia yet, though Apple has promised that this will be possible in Singapore very soon. Which means the White-chans Go Tour Liaoz! e-book can only be purchased on iTunes in U.S., Canada, Europe, South Africa and Australia. BUT! Ok this is a good "but" now. My publisher is working hard to launch the e-book on Kobo, which is available worldwide. So stay tuned!

For the rest of the world fortunate enough to buy e-books on iTunes, here's the link to BUY White-chans Go Tour Liaoz! e-book at USD2.99!

White-chans Living in Singapore - Why Singapore children are not playing enough

Last time, my mom told me, "Don't stress yourself too much okay, try your best can already. But of course at least pass lah!"

These days, moms ask their kids, "Why you only get 99 out of 100? Careless again right? Tell you how many times to double check your answers then triple check again? More tuition next month!"

White-chans Living in Singapore - When a student is more powerful than a teacher

If Student didn't do homework that Teacher assigned, it is not his fault because he has other things better to do, like homework from his tuition center.

If Teacher punishes Student because he didn't do homework, it is Teacher's fault because his roles and responsibilities does not include punishing students.

If Teacher still punishes Student, Student can complain to Mother because nobody shalt punish him, not even his own parents.

If Son has been punished by Teacher, Mother can complain to Principal about the overuse of authority.

If Principal receives complaint from Mother, Principal can force Teacher to apologise regardless whose fault it was, for the better of the bigger picture, like to keep the parents happy so that the school has more business or students in future.

If Teacher is unwilling to be forced to apologise for nothing... oh well... he can only quit.

When Tau Huay is too low class and Singapore bloggers are not influential enough

What's wrong with Tau Huay, Pau and Chwee Kueh? At least we don't have to eat snails.

These think-they-very-ATAS French came to Singapore to organise their very-ATAS Diner En Blanc, invited some local bloggers, then when one of them posted and suggested Singapore food (because we're in... Singapore! Surprised?), decided that blog was inappropriate and uninvited him.

Win liaoz.

And then later they un-invited other local bloggers simply because local bloggers are not influential enough wor.

Double win.

You know, chao angmors, I hope you'll have a great time sweating (yes, my poor English knows that only animals sweat) under the warm and humid Singapore weather when you eat your snails sitting on your white chairs and dressed in your white attires.

Oh, and you so sure that night won't rain hor?

White-chans Living in Singapore - Why nobody watches indicator lights one?

I signal to change lane, you speed up to close the gap.
I don't signal to change lane, you say why I no signal and honk me.
Like that how?
