Sometimes I wonder whether the kids are indeed doing the sports they like in school, or just doing the ones that their parents want them to. Like, when the parents feel that a particular sports has a higher ROI because if their kid gets into the school team, it'll help them to get into a better Secondary school in the future? Or in the worst case, the parents do not want their kids to spend too much time on sports, which in their opinion is a waste of time, time would could have been spent on doing more study?
