OF COURSE the garden is free! Hmm... except for the two conservatories costing $20 and the OCBC Skyway costing $5. Free for children? You dreaming arh? Children also must pay $12 and $3, respectively ok!
I think I can live with visiting just the free Botanical Gardens. The tourists and other rich people can carry on with that Gardens by the Bay.
